Student Mission Trip

New Orleans | June 13-20

All 6th-12th grade students are invited to join us for our Student Mission Trip to New Orleans, June 13-20!

We will be partnering with Mission Lab at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Throughout the week, students will receive training and teaching on missions and then serve at two different mission sites each day. One site will focus on service-oriented ministry (such as volunteering at food banks and clothing centers), and the other will focus on evangelistic ministry by partnering with local churches and mission organizations to share the hope of Jesus.

Our Student Choir will also have opportunities to serve through singing, including leading worship at a church on Sunday morning and at local retirement homes. Most evenings will conclude with worship alongside other churches serving with Mission Lab that week.

In addition to serving, we’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy New Orleans through fun activities like visiting the World War II Museum, taking a fan boat swamp tour, and enjoying a riverboat tour on the Mississippi River.

The cost of the trip is $550 (financial assistance is available). To attend, students must participate in D-Groups, Midweek, or Choir during the spring semester.
