As we come to the Lord’s Table Sunday we remember that Jesus became the new and living Way for us to come into God’s holy presence through his body and blood. What do we do after we partake of the Lord’s Supper? Hebrews gives us our marching orders with three “Let us . . .” statements. Christ’s sacrifice for us and his sovereign reign over the people of God gives us the ability to live with faith, hope, and love.
