Hebrews Part 1 (chapters 1-8)

Jesus Christ is at the center of attention in the book of Hebrews. We learn that He is greater than the prophets, the angels, Moses, Joshua, and Aaron—He is superior over all others. Hebrews describes Jesus’ ministry in heaven at God’s right hand on our behalf.

We are urged to let go of everything else in order to hold fast to our faith and to the hope of the gospel. It is a timely warning and a word of comfort to all, especially today when many are led astray by fads and cults.
