Students

The Student Ministry of Tallowood exists to connect Students with Christ, cultivate students in God’s word, and commission students to do God’s work.

Serving students in grades 6–12, we are passionate about creating a loving and welcoming community where every student can grow closer to Jesus and find genuine connection with others.

Our weekly rhythm includes Connect Groups on Sunday mornings, and on Sunday nights, we gather for Student Choir and Discipleship Groups. Midweek Worship on Wednesday nights offers students a space to be refreshed through community, worship, and teaching. These gatherings are designed to help students build relationships, deepen their understanding of Scripture, and experience authentic worship together.

In addition to weekly opportunities, we offer regularly occurring events that give students space to grow and serve in unique ways. These include Mentoring relationships with older students, Edify—a quarterly event for girls—and Forge—a quarterly event for guys. Each February, we host SPARK, our Disciple Now weekend, which is a powerful time of spiritual growth and community. During the summer, students can experience life-changing mission trips and our unforgettable summer camp.
