Tallowood supports mission work around the world in more than 16 nations
The goal of Tallowood Baptist Church Planting is to make and multiply committed and equipped disciples of Jesus Christ by providing resources, education, training, mentoring, and coaching. We invest in church planters who are themselves committed to planting churches so that both the Great Commission and the Great Commandment will be accomplished through disciple-making from Houston to the world.

Church Planting in Houston and in the Northwest
Tallowood has a long legacy of partnering with Texas Baptists to maximize our impact to plant local churches throughout the Houston metropolitan area. Tallowood also partners with Texas Baptists and with the Northwest Baptist Convention (N. Idaho, Oregon, and Washington) to plant churches in these areas as well. Partnerships with these local churches are for two year terms. These partnerships are designed to assist the church plant to get to self-sustainability as rapidly as possible. Global Church Planting
Tallowood has a long legacy of partnering with the International Mission Board, along with a variety of other missions organizations to plant churches throughout the world.
