At Tallowood, we regard the wedding ceremony as a sacred rite of the church and a worship service glorifying to God. That is why we take extra care to ensure every wedding here is done beautifully and excellently, maintaining a stress-free environment for the bride, groom, and their families. To have a ceremony at Tallowood, couples must attend premarital coaching and meet with the pastor before their ceremony. We also require couples to be church members or have a family member who is a church member.

Premarital Coaching Program
Tallowood is passionate about helping couples prepare well for marriage and life together. Before your wedding, a married couple will walk through the Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) Program with you. Our SYMBIS program is registered with Together in Texas, and completion of the program will give you a certificate that will waive the marriage license fee. All premarital coaches are certified SYMBIS facilitators. As seasoned, experienced couples, premarital coaches can come alongside you to help show you the way, providing valuable insight and humor to help you navigate the highs and lows you may experience as a married couple.
