August Bible Teaching "I Am Growing"
During the month of August, preschoolers at Tallowood will learn that they are growing and learning to do many things, just as God planned. The lessons will show children how to lend a hand, and to show love and kindness to others. They will learn that saying thank you is important. Preschoolers will thank God for showing them that they are able to learn how to do many tasks and to grow just like Jesus grew.
Week of August 3rd
Bible Story: "Samuel Grew"
Scripture: 1 Samuel 1:1-28; 2:18-21,26
Bible Truth: I am growing as God planned.
Life Application: Preschoolers will hear that God made them able to grow.
Week of August 10th
Bible Story: "David Helped"
Scripture: 1 Samuel 16:1-23
Bible Truth: I can help.
Life Application: Preschoolers will explore ways they can be helpers.
Week of August 17th
Bible Story: "Jesus Listened to the Teachers"
Scripture: Luke 2:40-52
Bible Truth: I am growing just as Jesus grew.
Life Application: Preschoolers will learn that they are growing up just like Jesus did.
Week of August 24th
Bible Story: "A Man Was Kind"
Scripture: Luke 10:25-37
Bible Truth: I can be kind.
Life Application: Preschoolers will discover ways to show kindness to others.
Week of August 31st
Bible Story: "A Man Thanked Jesus"
Scripture: Luke 17:11-19
Bible Truth: I can be thankful.
Life Application: Preschoolers will learn that saying thank you is important.

Mother's Day Out 2008-2009
Mother's Day Out classes meet on Mondays and Fridays from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm September 2008 through May 2009. Classes are for children 3 months to 4 years old.
For Registration:
1. Registration Fee (non-refundable)
$120.00 per child Tallowood Members
$145.00 per child Non-Tallowood Members
2. Child's Immunization Statement
Monthly Tuition:
1. $120.00 per child - 1 day
$240.00 per child - 2 days
